In 2023, our company carried out an extensive refit project on the motor yacht ESSENCE, with a specific focus on the replacement and restoration of the teak decking.
The scope of work included the removal of the existing deck, preparation of the substrate, and installation of new, custom-crafted teak decks across all exterior areas. Each section was carefully fitted, sanded, and finished to ensure a seamless appearance and long-lasting durability under demanding marine conditions.
Special attention was given to maintaining the yacht’s original aesthetic integrity while enhancing surface quality and overall structural performance. The works were executed using premium-grade teak and high-standard marine adhesives and sealants, in full accordance with industry best practices for refit and maintenance of luxury yachts.
The project was completed successfully and on schedule, with exceptional attention to detail and finish quality that met the expectations of both the yacht owner and the supervising shipyard.
